On February 7, a private event was held in the store to highlight some of the Frank Lloyd Wright aspects of Aneita Fern. Tim Copeland, owner of Copeland furniture, made a presentation about his creation of the Frank Lloyd Wright Collection by Copeland and the opportunity to reproduce not only Wright furniture but archive pieces never before realized.
Also speaking that night was Ann Abernathy, AIA, from the Dallas firm of Booziotis & Company. Ann was the architect who designed our store and was also the restoration architect at the Frank Lloyd Wright Home & Studio in Oak Park, Illinois from 1982-1987. She spoke about her time at the Wright Home & Studio and how Wright influenced her design of Aneita Fern.

His mission is to focus on creativity and handmade quality rather than mass production. These collectible pieces are stunning to behold and make wonderful gifts.

An abbreviation of terra cotta pronounced "tea-ko", the Teco Art Pottery CollectionTM was originally produced from 1899 to 1920 by the American Terra Cotta and Ceramics Company. Today, the Teco Art Pottery CollectionTM from Prairie Arts continues the tradition of groundbreaking modern designs that blend into any environment. Each modern-day reproduction is modeled directly from its original counterpart. Discover the Teco Art Pottery CollectionTM today at Aneita Fern, the exclusive retailer in Dallas-Fort Worth.

In 1903, Gustav Stickley invited a little-known architect, Harvey Ellis, to write a new chapter in the history of furniture design and craftsmanship. Integrating his naturally whimsical inlays and classically harmonious arches into Stickley's robust Mission designs, Ellis conceived an organically brilliant style. Sadly their partnership only lasted a short while since Ellis died within a year. But he left his mark on the Arts & Crafts era and today we celebrate the "genius in the shadows" by reissuing many of his signature pieces. The majority of the collection is available in solid quartersawn white oak and solid cherry.
